Paid alongside any CRM
A load board subscription — Central Dispatch publishes its Core shipper plan at $139.95 a month — and card processing, which every brokerage pays whatever CRM it runs. A phone system too, unless your CRM includes calling.

Pricing questions
How much does auto transport CRM software cost?
TruxCRM is $120 to $150 per month for a brokerage of up to 5 agents. Additional agents are $20 per month each. Where you sit in the range depends on your team size and whether you turn on Truxie AI.
Are there tiers, or features held back for a higher plan?
No. There is one plan and it contains everything: quoting, e-signature, dispatch, insurance tracking, invoicing, reporting, agent permissions and branded domain email. There is no tier to upgrade to and nothing is gated.
Do you charge per user?
Only past the first 5 agents. The base price covers a team of 5; each agent beyond that is $20 per month. A brokerage that stays under 5 agents pays the base price regardless of how many shipments it moves.
What makes it $120 rather than $150?
Truxie AI. The read-only assistant is the optional part of the subscription, so a brokerage that does not want it sits at the lower end of the range.
Is e-signature included, or do I need DocuSign?
Included. The customer signs the order on a mobile-first page carrying your branding, and the signature history stays on the shipment. There is no separate e-signature subscription to buy and no charge per signed order.
Is lead capture an extra cost?
No. Lead capture website forms are included in the plan at no extra cost, with unlimited forms. It is part of "one plan, every feature", not an add-on.
How does this compare with other auto transport CRMs?

Per brokerage, monthly. TruxCRM does not take a percentage of your broker fee and does not charge per order, per quote, or per vehicle moved.
